How cancellation works.

You can cancel from Settings → Billing. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that. You keep access until then.

Cancelling stops future billing. It does not by itself delete your account or your data — see [Delete Your Account](/docs/resources/delete-account) for that.

If you are cancelling because something is not working, it is worth [contacting support](/docs/resources/support) first. We would rather fix the problem than lose you, and a person can look into it.
