Your assistant joins the call and takes the notes.

Meetings is the meeting assistant, a Pro+ feature. It joins your video calls, transcribes them, and afterwards gives you a summary with the key decisions and a list of action items. Those action items can flow straight into your Tasks.
You control which calls the assistant joins from the Calendar tab, under “Elena joining”. After a call, the summary and actions appear, and you can turn any action item into a task.
Because this is a Pro+ capability, you will see a Pro+ badge on the tab. If you are on Starter or Pro, upgrading unlocks it.
