This page explains, in plain terms, what Nudgly holds about you and how it is handled. For the formal terms, see Legal and Compliance.
What is stored. To do its job, Nudgly keeps your account details; the tasks, events, bookings, and reminders you and your assistant create; your preferences and the things your assistant remembers about how you work; and secure connections to the apps you link.
Your connected apps. When you connect an app like Gmail or Google Calendar, Nudgly stores a secure access token so the assistant can work in it. These tokens are encrypted and are never shown to you or to our team in plain form. You can disconnect any app at any time from Integrations, which cuts off that access immediately.
Who can see your data. Access is limited and controlled. Our support team can help with your account, but they do not have access to your passwords, your app tokens, or your full payment details. Sensitive actions on your account are logged.
Your controls. You can ask your assistant what it remembers and ask it to forget specific things, disconnect any integration, and request deletion of your account and data.
